Our journey began by needing to dry products produced by our technologies for market needs.

We purchased an existing dryer that promised a lot, but delivered little.

Very quickly it became clear that the existing dryer design had feed limitations, inefficiencies, and operational challenges that would not enable it to meet the needs of modern technologies.

Necessity became our driver. If the solution didn’t exist, we would build it ourselves.

2020-2024: The Journey: Research, Development and Trials

We commenced rigorous and extensive R&D and large-scale trials:

• Testing a variety of solids and liquid feedstocks separately & simultaneously

• Collaborating closely with engineers, processors, and industry experts

• Experimenting with several mechanical modifications to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality

• Optimizing a wide range of feedstocks for quality, efficiency, and scalability

• Reducing capital and operational costs while improving productivity and process efficiency

The result…. we achieved the impossible!

2025: The Breakthrough-PX20 Multipurpose Dryer

The PX20 MPD is capable of:
